MX is looking for a Team Leader/Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations of our Customer Service and Service Departments and coordinate the delivery of Fuels and Propane to our residential and commercial customers. This position will operate out of our Saranac Lake Branch.
Responsibilities may include:
Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standardsOverseeing the input of work orders input into our Service Software and ensuring they are being scheduled in a timely fashionOverseeing our Service Technicians and ensuring they are completing their assigned service calls per the designated scheduleReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and proceduresGeneral Data Entry – customer billing, posting customer payments into accounting software, management, and posting of customer HEAP vouchersAssisting with answering telephone calls and emails from customers, and answering service-related questions, or directing them to relevant departments as needed.Assisting with processing customer orders and paymentsAssisting with weekly/monthly closing reports to be submitted to the Accounting DepartmentMonitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as requiredReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and proceduresOverseeing the onboarding of new office employees, ensuring the completion of and forwarding of their employment paperwork to Human ResourcesProgram and schedule daily and weekly deliveries to our residential and commercial customers.Work with our drivers on achieving the optimal routings for maximum efficiency of the drivers.Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might haveWork with our retail Customer Service representatives in taking care of customer needs
This position requires someone who is/has:
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, and have bookkeeping/accounting experience. Experience with Accounting Software is preferred. Qualified candidates must have previous experience in a supervisory role.The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills to be able to work with our customers, overcoming customer concerns.Ability to work autonomously.Local geographical knowledge is required to aid in scheduling drivers.
Pay and Benefits
